And actress and model Sadie Frost, 54, gave her followers a glimpse of her Aashiyana yoga holiday in Goa on Instagram on Tuesday, which offers £1000 juice and detox cleanses.
Sadie showed off her impressive flexibility as she performed a series of yoga moves for her snaps.

The mother-of-four also shared a glimpse of her dinner which included a small portion of delicious looking curry.
The health fanatic penned: ‘I have been coming to Ashiyana Goa for some time now..
and have become friends with Chris and the whole team.. it is a home from home.. its not somewhere i come to just do yoga or switch off or give myself time to do something creative for work..’
She continued: ‘There’s soo much more!!
– its getting harder and harder to find time for self care – for both our minds and bodies. Self care is no longer seen as selfish, if we practice self care and self love, we become more balanced resulting in us giving more to our loved ones, to our jobs and our community.’
Ashiyana Goa is a tropical retreat centre located on the unspoiled Mandrem Beach and the Mandrem river in the very north of Goa. t’s open between October and April.

The actress also works in new wellness centre, the Khera-Griggs Cleanse Clinic, where she holds one-on-one sessions with appealing titles such as Body Love and Happier In My Own Skin.
Speaking to MailOnline, Sadie shared her excitement about the new clinic.
‘I like the fact that cleansing is not done just by the elite any more, and having a place to do it all under one roof is brilliant,’ she says.
‘I’ve practised yoga since I was 15 — my mum introduced me to it. For core strength and body alignment, there is nothing like it, so I have brought in yogi masters Howard Napper, Maya Fiennes and Hortense Suleyman.’

‘They all have different specialities: Howard can put together a plan for fidgety people; Maya specialises in Kundalini yoga and meditation; Hortense is all about body positivity and is great for anyone who’s had eating issues.’
She adds: ‘There’s also bespoke Pilates — where you can book sessions for getting rid of bad habits such as hunching over a computer — and meditation gurus.
It’s an ongoing thing, and I’ll continue to introduce people who I think What Are The Difference Between Yoga And Pilates? relevant.’
Sadie, who has co-authored a wellbeing book called Nourish, and whose new yoga clothing range is on sale at the clinic, laughs when I ask if she sees herself as a Gwyneth Paltrow figure.
‘The thing is, I’ve been doing this since my teens, so for me, it’s the norm. Mum brought us up eating vegan food, so I’ve always lived this kind of lifestyle.’
